This is my second time buying from VF Sabers, and I gotta say, the quality is spot on. My only issue is that I haven't received any updates since the first confirmation email, so I'm left in the dark about when it ships or gets close to delivery. I don’t get a tracking number or anything, and with those porch pirates out there, I'd prefer to be kept in the loop about my package.

It took a whole month for the delivery to arrive, but I gotta say, the product is really nice. Definitely recommend it.

This is a nice present for my boy. It has plenty of light and sound options. I’d love to enhance the audio quality a bit, but the kid is thrilled with it, and that’s what really matters to me.

The packaging was top-notch, paired with a fantastic item! It showed up pretty quickly, and I got a fast reply even though I placed the order on December 24th. Definitely a 10 out of 10, highly recommend!

I still haven't received my order. I placed it around November 25th. I attempted to chat with the bot to get a tracking number, but no one has responded. I even downloaded the Shop app to track it, but there's nothing showing for my item. I would have liked the neo pixel version instead, but the site wouldn’t let me switch that. That’s alright, though. I just want to find out where my order is!

I haven't unboxed it yet since it's a Christmas present, so this review focuses on the service, which I found to be quite impressive. It was obvious from the start that it would take a little while due to customs, and they were spot on with the estimated wait. I reached out to customer support through text to inquire about my delivery, and not only was that super handy, but they also got back to me immediately and knew their stuff. The support team was fantastic and got back to me super fast over the weekend. The Saber is really nice, top-notch quality, and my wife was thrilled with it. Best of all, I scored a great product at an awesome price.

The hilt is crafted nicely. No scratches or fingerprints, and a solid choice of materials. It's sturdy. It showed up right on time for my son's birthday. It would be better if the instructions were a bit clearer, and the sounds could be more realistic, but the item itself is well constructed. I thought it would be a local product, but that's alright. All in all, there were no big letdowns, and he enjoys it. He might not have picked the one I chose for him, but that's cool. Thanks! I'd definitely shop from this store again, especially when there are sales and discounts.

The shopping experience was pretty solid, but the shipping left a bit to be desired. I only received updates saying it was shipped, but during the whole wait, that was all I heard.

Being in NZ, this was a pricey buy that my son worked really hard to save for. We got the Saber, but there's a weird issue - it shows a green light before switching to the color he picked. We've attempted to reach out, but haven't received any response. Could you please get back to us?

The saber I purchased arrived in excellent shape and was sent out fast. It’s well-crafted and feels just right in the hand (has a nice heft to it) and comes with a handy little booklet that explains how to use the saber. I'd definitely consider getting another one. The only reason I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars is that it doesn’t make a clashing sound when it strikes things. If that feature was added, it would totally be a 5-star item.

Fantastic service with a straightforward buying process and speedy shipping. The only drawback is that you should plan on waiting around 2 to 3 weeks for the saber to arrive since it takes a bit longer. But all in all, it's a solid choice. The saber is of high quality and comes at a lower price.

The hilt's quality is top-notch, feeling solid and looking spot-on in its design. It took me a bit to get the hang of the controls, but once I did, adjusting the settings was easy-peasy. The motion sound effects are quite detailed and respond to my every swing, though I’m not sure if it’s just me, but it seems to be missing a thrusting sound effect, and the hit detection for the clash sound is a bit off. All in all, it’s a decent saber and a solid pick if you’re just starting out in the saber collecting game and want to see what it’s all about.
